We process only data strictly essential to executing authorized consulting and automation services:

  • Commercial Identifiers: Name, work email, phone, and company legal name provided during discovery.
  • Operational Telemetry: Webhook request logs, integration API payloads, and execution timestamps necessary to debug workflows.
  • Billing Credentials: GSTIN/Tax registration numbers, organization address, and payment transaction references.

3. Confidentiality & Access Controls

  • Bilateral NDA Protection: Every client engagement is governed by a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement before source code or data access is provisioned.
  • Principle of Least Privilege: Operational staff receive strictly scoped credentials with automated session revocation.
