1. Engagement & Deliverables

These commercial terms govern all engineering sprints, managed operational services, and cloud hosting contracts executed by OmmNoMi Automation LLP.

Guaranteed Client IP Ownership: Upon milestone settlement, you own 100% of all custom Frappe DocTypes, AppSheet applications, automation scripts, and workflow configurations developed for your organization.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Sprint Validation: Deliverables are deployed to staging environments with client verification before production cutover.
  • Managed Support Response: Critical production incidents receive an initial response within 60 minutes.
  • Audited Timesheets: Monthly fractional IT and operations retainers include transparent, itemized work logs.
